Water in our area is hard but it's not enough to just... soften it. You need a system that also replenishes key minerals. We got a great system and a reverse osmosis tank for drinking water. We're happy with the system.After a remodel, we had Robbie Doty here to reinstall the RO under the sink. He did a great job. Polite. Expert. On time. Efficient. He even configured the system so we still have room under our sink for cleaning products we want to keep nearby. He's a star. We'll, five stars. 😊read more

Just had our annual service for our water softener & RO.... Robbie Doty was very friendly & knowledgable. He was able to address all of our questions & even took the time to reeducate us on our RO machine valves & settings for the softener. Robbie Doty rocks! We have an old softener that was unused... when we bought our house. He came out and got it up and running. It didn't appear to be an easy fix but Robbie stuck with it and politely and efficiently got our water softener running. His explanations were clear. He's a nice person who knows his stuff. They are very professional. I has to my filter changed. April 2024 Rob Doty came and did maintenance checkup on my... unit today. He is always friendly, funny and thorough. He explains everything so well. I have confidence that when he says my machine is in good shape, it is in good shape.Updated from Jan 2024. Brian came to look at our water softener today. He is so thorough and explains things so well. He helped me understand some things I can do to make my softener work at its best. He took his time and made sure I understood everything. He provided excellent customer service.Rob Doty was very professional and helpful. He explained what was going on with our unit, how it needed to be fixed, explained what the life-time warranty covered (which was a lot thank goodness) and also answered some other questions that I had.
